When does an event need valet parking?
Valet service is most helpful when parking could become the first problem your guests encounter. Limited lots, street parking, a long walk to the entrance, multiple events sharing one property or a narrow arrival area can all create backups and confusion.
For weddings and private events, guests often arrive within a short window. A planned drop-off point and a professional team help keep that arrival organized while allowing guests to walk directly into the celebration.
Available spaces need to be organized carefully or vehicles must be parked away from the entrance.
Many guests are expected within the same 30- to 60-minute period.
The parking area is far from the entrance, uneven or inconvenient for older guests and families.

How much does wedding or private event valet parking cost?
Typical pricing is $600–$1,000 for weddings and private events with fewer than 100 guests and $1,200–$2,500+ for events with 100–300 guests. Events above 300 guests require a custom quote. The final price depends on the venue, expected vehicles, staffing, service length and parking logistics.
What is included in the package?
Your quoted package includes professional attendants, valet signage, traffic-flow setup, proof of insurance/COI, vehicle parking and retrieval, attendant fees and coordination with the host or venue.
How many valet attendants will my event need?
We recommend staffing after reviewing the expected number of vehicles, arrival window, venue layout and distance between the drop-off point and the parking area.
Does Express Valet provide a COI?
Yes. Express Valet is fully insured, and proof of insurance or a certificate of insurance can be provided when required by the venue.
How far in advance should we reserve wedding valet?
Contact us as soon as your venue and date are confirmed. Popular spring, summer and fall dates may book early, and advance notice gives us more time to review the property and prepare the parking plan.
What is required to reserve my date?
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due on the day of service.
